Where do I start?
The Fit Soldier knows that not everyone is at the same place when it comes to how fit they are. We all have different types of bodies and different goals. Thats why I like to offer different options. Depending on your fitness goals, what type of challenges you might face to reaching those goals, and what type of fitness equipment that is availability to you all goes into deciding what might work best for you. Here are a few options that you might want to pursue:
Outside the Wire:
Some folks might want to really challenge themselves and are looking to get themselves in super fit shape. I’m talking Seal Team 6 shape. There are several advanced fitness and nutrition programs to choose from that is guaranteed to shred fat, build muscle, gain flexibility, and increase endurance. I’ve personally completed several of these programs and I have easily been able to get a passing score on the run without setting foot on a treadmill or run the track in over 3 years.
Maybe you are not physically ready yet to take on an advanced fitness program. That’s ok. The Fit Soldier has several solid intermediate programs that you can choose from as well. My philosophy is why take a bunch of time trying to figure it all out at the expense of not getting anywhere with it because I’m doing something wrong?
