10 Reasons You Should Be Drinking Coconut Water

Today I was cruising around getting materials for my job site ( I’m a commercial construction superintendent for a a General Contractor for my civilian job) and I decided to hit he Speedway to get me something to mix in with my Shakeology. Lots of options, mostly bad, but they did have some coconut water which I thought would mix well with my shake that I drink pretty much everyday. A little pricey at 2.50 a pop but I know its good for me and tastes pretty good too. People spend upwards of $2 on other drinks like pop and such which I firmly believe was created by our enemies to slowly kill us off due to the tons of sugar in each 1 of these drinks. Anyway it made me think, what are the benefits of drinking coconut water so I decided to look into it. I’ve heard that its good but like a good soldier should always do: Check and verify, right?

 

Benefits of Coconut Water:

2. Rehydrates the Body

3. Lowers blood pressure

4. Promotes weight loss

5. Regulates blood sugar

6. Slows down aging

7. Cleanses toxins

8. Restores PH levels in the body

9. Helps with headaches and hangovers

10. Improves circulation

 


 

That’s plenty of reasons why any soldier should opt for this instead of reaching in for a

Mountain Dew or, dare I say

Rip It.

I came across this as I was reading into the benefits of coconut water. Coconut water was actually used by medical to save american soldier’s lives in Vietnam when plasma was unavailable. Now that’s what I call overcoming and adapting that we soldiers are so accustomed to when in the field of battle.

If its that pure that it can be used directly as an IV it has to be good stuff right?

No more “Doin’ the Dew”!

I know you don’t want to hear it but the fact remains this stuff will kill you and it’s flat out not good for you period. Way too much sugar in it, soldier. Bottom line is people rely on us to protect them from our enemy and strike fear into anyone who wants to take our freedom away. Shock and Awe. Its hard to display this when most of the American population is battling a weight problem and a growing waistline which in my opinion is mostly caused from the crazy amount of sugar and soda pop people are drinking up including soldiers and all First Responders for that matter.

 

 


CHALLENGE:

Try giving up your choice of pop starting today. Monsters? Get rid of it. Pepsi?  Throw it out. Mt. Dew? Gotta go. You know the drill.
